1. Acceptance

By using OTCdomain you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts. Sellers may be required to provide identity documents or proof of domain ownership.

3. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for legally owning the domains or having the right to provide the services they list. We may remove listings that violate trademarks, infringe rights, or break the law.

4. Fees

Marketplace commission is deducted from each completed sale. Current rates are published on our About page. Web3 (Unstoppable Domains) sales are priced with markup included rather than a separate commission.

5. Escrow

Payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed or the configured hold period expires. Standard hold periods are 3 days for domains and services, 5 days for bundles, and 1 day for Web3 domains.

6. Web3 (Unstoppable Domains) custody model

OTCdomain holds Web3 domains purchased through our Partner integration in a single OTCdomain-controlled Unstoppable Domains account. You receive a permanent management licence over the specific Web3 names you have purchased — including DNS, redirects and records — through your OTCdomain dashboard. You will not see, access, or be able to modify any other domain in the OTCdomain Partner account. If you wish to transfer the underlying Web3 domain to your own wallet or your own Unstoppable Domains account, you may submit a request directly from your portfolio (each domain has a "Transfer" option). Our team verifies ownership, provides a fee quote (covering on-chain gas + processing) and, on confirmation, initiates the transfer; once it confirms on-chain, the domain leaves OTCdomain custody and is fully yours to self-custody.

7. Disputes

If a transaction is not delivered as described, the buyer may open a dispute within the hold period. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and decides in good faith.

8. Prohibited content

No fraud, no IP infringement, no illegal goods or services, no hate speech, no malware, no phishing.

9. Limitation of liability

OTCdomain acts as an intermediary. We do not guarantee continuous operation or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees we collected on the disputed transaction.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OTCdomain is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
