3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Domain Listings: We list domain names for sale on our marketplace. Listed prices are set by us or the domain owner and are subject to change without notice.
• Domain Transfer Facilitation: Upon successful completion of payment, we assist in facilitating the transfer of domain ownership to the buyer.
• Consulting & Appraisal: We may provide guidance on domain valuation, branding strategy, and digital asset acquisition.

We act as a broker and facilitator. We are not a domain registrar and do not provide web hosting, email services, or DNS management unless explicitly stated. Service availability may vary and is subject to change at our discretion.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank wire transfer
• Credit and debit card payments
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (selected tokens; please enquire for supported currencies)

Full payment must be received and confirmed before any domain transfer process is initiated. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time and without prior notice.

7. All Sales Final

All sales are final once payment has been confirmed. Due to the nature of digital assets, we do not offer refunds after a domain transfer has been initiated or completed. If you experience an issue with your purchase prior to the transfer being initiated, please contact us immediately at info@otcdomain.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and only where a transfer has not yet commenced.

8. Domain Transfers

Domain transfers are typically initiated within 1 business day of confirmed payment. Transfer timelines thereafter are dependent on the registrar involved, the type of domain extension (TLD), and the applicable registry policies. Transfers may take anywhere from a few hours to 14 calendar days to complete.

We use Unstoppable Domains as our primary registry partner. For domains held with other registrars, we will guide you through the full transfer process, including any authorisation codes (EPP/Auth codes) and confirmation steps required. You agree to cooperate promptly with all transfer instructions we provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by the receiving registrar, third-party systems, or failure on the part of the buyer to follow transfer instructions.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence prior to purchasing any domain, including verifying that the domain name does not infringe upon any third-party trademark, intellectual property, or legal rights;
• Ensure you have a valid registrar account capable of receiving a domain transfer;
• Respond promptly to transfer instructions and authorisation requests;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the purchased domain.

OTCdomain.com does not conduct trademark clearance searches on behalf of buyers. Acquiring a domain that conflicts with an existing trademark is solely the buyer's legal risk.

10. Seller Representations (where applicable)

If you list a domain for sale through OTCdomain.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the domain or are duly authorised to sell it;
• The domain is free of any liens, disputes, or encumbrances;
• The sale does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights;
• You will cooperate fully and promptly with all transfer and closing procedures.

You agree to indemnify OTCdomain.com against any claims arising from inaccurate representations regarding domain ownership or rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on OTCdomain.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OTC Domain or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use our services for their intended purpose.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Site or services to:
