OTCdomain does not accept third-party domain listings for all products. However, on certain listing types, you can list your domain for sale on OTCdomain. Please contact our team for more information about eligibility and the listing process.

How do I search for a domain name?

You can use the search bar on our website to find the perfect domain name for your business or brand. Browse by keyword, industry, or price range to explore our curated portfolio.

Can I make an offer on a domain?

Yes. If you would like to make an offer on a domain, you can submit your offer through the listing page. If your offer is accepted, we will email you back with further instructions to complete the purchase.

Is my purchase confidential?

Absolutely. The sale of a domain name is never publicised. Upon purchase, the domain is promptly removed from our website, and a no-index request is sent to Google to remove the relevant page and logo images from search results. Address details you provide are confidential and not publicly connected to your domain. Following the transfer, the previous owner's information is deleted from the global WHOIS database.

Do you have a referral or partner programme?

Yes, two. The Referral programme is free to join and pays up to 5% on every sale. The Partner programme is for agencies and consultants who refer regularly; it pays 10% from day one and 15% once approved. See /referral and /partners.

Are the domains unique?

When you purchase a domain from OTCdomain, you become the sole authorised owner of that domain and the exclusive business in the world permitted to use the name with that acquired domain extension.

Does the domain come with a logo?

Yes. A complimentary logo and free WHOIS privacy protection are included with every domain purchase.

Does the domain come with a trademark or business registration?

No. Premium domains do not come with trademark or business registration. Domains can be used across different industries and countries, while trademarks and business registrations are specific to a particular country and industry. We strongly recommend conducting your own research to ensure there are no trademark conflicts within your industry and country before purchasing.

Does purchasing one domain include other domain extensions (gTLDs)?

No. Your purchase is strictly for the specific domain indicated on your invoice from OTCdomain. If you require other gTLD extensions of the same name (e.g., .net, .org), you will need to purchase those separately.

How quickly can I access the domain after purchase?

We push the domain to your registrar account within 24 hours of payment. Most transfers complete sooner. Once it appears in your registrar account you can change DNS immediately.

Where will my domain be transferred after purchase?

After you complete your purchase, we’ll email you a Transfer Authorization Code you can use to move the domain to any registrar. Once transferred, you’ll be able to manage DNS settings and connect the domain to your website immediately.

Can I transfer my domain to another registrar?

Yes, you may transfer the domain to any registrar or hosting company.

What is OTCdomain's Buyer Protection Guarantee?

Our Buyer Protection Guarantee ensures that all domain purchases are fully backed. We typically initiate the domain transfer within one business day of purchase. In cases where we are unable to complete the transfer, we will provide a 100% refund.

Can I lease a domain instead of buying it outright?

Yes. Many of our premium listings offer a lease-to-own option. You pay an agreed monthly amount over a fixed term, with the domain held securely in the interim, and you can exercise a buy-out to take full ownership. Is there a fee when requesting a refund?

Yes. Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of our payment gateway and transaction processing.

Can I pay via cryptocurrency?

Is the pilot really free?

Yes. No card. No invoice. If you stop on day 14, you owe nothing.

Who writes the emails?

We do. You approve every email before it goes out.

What happens after 14 days?

On day 14 you will know your real numbers. If the pilot works, we keep going on a monthly plan — no contract, no setup fee. If it does not, you owe nothing.

Do I need a quote?

No. Every package and add-on has a published price.

Can I add pages later?
