Refund Policy

Domain Purchases

Domain sales are final once a transfer has been initiated. If a transfer fails due to an error on our part, we will either complete the transfer or issue a full refund.

Digital Services

Refunds for digital services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued. If work is in progress, a partial refund proportional to the remaining work may be issued.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@otcdomain.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
